Help us understand and improve pedestrian safety in urban environments
Why Participate?
Your participation in our research helps us develop better understanding of how pedestrians navigate urban environments. The data collected contributes to evidence-based recommendations that can make streets safer for everyone โ especially children.
Ways to Participate
Road Users Survey
Share your experiences as a pedestrian in your neighborhood. The survey takes about 10 minutes and covers your walking habits, safety perceptions, and the quality of walking infrastructure in your area.
Field Study
Join our field measurements in urban environments. Participants walk designated routes while we measure environmental factors and pedestrian behavior. Sessions take approximately 45-60 minutes.
Children’s Walkability Survey
Parents โ help us understand the walking habits and safety perceptions of school-age children. This survey is designed for parents of children ages 6-14 and examines children’s independent mobility.
